This document sets out the terms and conditions ("Terms") which govern your use and access of the website www.autopilot.is (the "Site") owned and operated by or on behalf of Autopilot Technologies Pte Ltd ("Autopilot") and all content or web pages thereunder, including the information, images, links, sounds, graphics, video, software, applications and other materials displayed or made available therein and the functionalities or services provided therein (collectively the "Autopilot Materials").

By accessing and/or using the Site, or Autopilot Materials, you are indicating your acceptance and agreement to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using/accessing the Site and all Autopilot Materials.

  1. GENERAL
    1. Autopilot may from time to time amend or update these Terms to ensure that these Terms are consistent with future developments, industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements or as we deem appropriate. Such changes will be published here and effective and binding on you upon publication or such other timing as Autopilot may specify in writing. Please check these Terms regularly for updated information/version. Your continued access and/or use of the Site and/or Autopilot Materials shall constitute an affirmative acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised terms.

  2. USE AND ACCESS
    1. Compliance with applicable laws: You agree to abide by all applicable laws in the use and/or access of the Site and/or Autopilot Materials.
    2. Compliance with guidelines: You agree to comply with any and all guidelines, notices, rules and policies pertaining to the use and/or access of the Site and/or Autopilot Materials. We reserve the right to revise these guidelines at any time, and such changes will be effective upon publication.
    3. Changes to the Site: We may, from time to time and without giving any reason or prior notice, upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of the Site and/or Autopilot Materials. Autopilot shall not be liable if such changes prevent you from accessing the Site.
    4. We may use your Personal Data for our business purposes, such as:
      1. Use or upload any software containing computer viruses or malicious code that may damage the Site or another user's device;
      2. Post or transmit illegal, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or objectionable materials;
      3. Use the Site in violation of internet standards or acceptable use policies.
    5. Contents of transmissions: For any communications you submit through the Site, you grant Autopilot and its affiliates a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to reproduce, use, disclose, host, and distribute such content without limitations.
    6. Records: You agree that any records maintained by Autopilot regarding your communications, transactions, or instructions through the Site shall be binding and conclusive evidence of such actions.
    7. Other applicable terms: Use of specific aspects of the Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions which will apply in full force and effect.

  3. NO WARRANTY
    1. The Site and Autopilot Materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis at your sole risk.
    2. Autopilot makes no representation or warranty on the accuracy or completeness of the materials and disclaims all liability for errors, delays, or omissions. No warranty of any kind (implied, express, or statutory) is given, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Autopilot does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses.
    3. Autopilot does not warrant the security of information transmitted through the Site. You accept the risk that transmissions may be accessed by unauthorized third parties or subject to interruptions due to the public nature of the Internet. Autopilot assumes no responsibility for any Losses resulting from such issues.
    4. Materials provided on the Site are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. You must make your own assessment of the reliability of the information. Opinions provided are not to be relied upon as advice, and Autopilot accepts no liability for Losses arising from acting on such information.
    5. Autopilot controls the Site from Singapore and makes no representation that materials are appropriate for other locations. Users accessing from elsewhere are responsible for local law compliance.
    6. Hypertext links to third-party websites are not an endorsement, and use of such links is at your own risk. Autopilot accepts no responsibility for the content or availability of third-party sites.
    7. Autopilot and its affiliates (Indemnitees) shall not be liable for any Losses arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Site, or from system failures, viruses, or third-party materials obtained through the Site.

  4. TRANSACTIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES
    1. Autopilot is not a party to any transaction between you and a third party found via the Site. Autopilot does not endorse or sponsor such third-party services and is not liable for any purchases or subscriptions made with them.
    2. You are solely responsible for your use of third-party systems and must comply with their relevant terms and conditions.

  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. Autopilot or its licensors retain all rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents) to the Site's content, including text, graphics, and logos. You may not copy, download, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission from Autopilot.
    2. Your use of the Site does not grant you any licence, interest, or right to the materials except as expressly provided.

  6. IMDENNITY
    1. You will indemnify Autopilot against any liability or losses incurred due to your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or any negligence, fraud, or misconduct on your part.

  7. Termination
    1. Autopilot may, at its absolute discretion, deny you access to the Site for any reason, including violation of terms or if deemed unsuitable by regulatory authorities.

  8. MISCELLANEOUS
    1. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
    2. Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall first be referred to mediation in Singapore within 45 days of appointing a mediator. If unresolved, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in English by a single arbitrator.
    3. Sub-contracting: We may delegate or sub-contract our functions in connection with the Site.
    4. Assignment: You may not assign your rights without written consent; Autopilot may assign its rights to any third party.
    5. Successors: These terms bind respective successors and assigns, regardless of changes in name or company mergers.
    6. Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
    7. Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future. Waivers must be in writing and signed by Autopilot.
    8. Translation: If translated, the English text shall prevail.
    9. Rights of Third Parties: A person who is not a party to these terms has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any part of these terms.
    10. No Internet access: Autopilot does not provide internet or telecommunication services. You are responsible for obtaining your own connectivity at your own cost.
